In collaboration with Dr Beyaert from Psychepolis, we joined forces and developed a platform for video appointments: easy to use, with social distancing.

How does it work?

Offers remote consultations.

Offers remote consultations to your patients. Whether it concerns a diagnosis, treatment advice or receiving a digital certificate, your patients benefit from a complete service without having to leave their home. The patient or you book(s) the video appointment in the usual way. If desired, you can have the patient forwarded to the payment module. Confirmations will be sent via email with a unique link to the meeting room. On the agreed day and time, you can start the video appointment with a simple click in your agenda via a PC, laptop or tablet.

Continuity of care, patient and caregiver safety, reimbursement for new benefits: since the start of the crisis, the RIZIV/INAMI adjusts the rules for healthcare and reimbursements daily to meet the specific needs in this confusing COVID-19 context.

The RIZIV/INAMI is now developing a comprehensive approach that allows different care providers to provide care to their patients without physical contact, to invoice these services to the health insurance and to reimburse patients. This in consultation with the actors involved.

2020 brought an evolution in practice experience.

With the rise of Corona, we went looking for a solution together with Ringphone to be able to help our patients further during the pandemic. A new video application was built in record time and integrated into our online agenda. We and patients can easily book a video consultation via our website. When the consultation takes place, the patient can start the video with a simple click on a link. We ourselves can do this from our agenda. When the patient himself books his appointment, we can even activate the option that the patient pays immediately for his appointment. Innovation at its best.
